Should I use Wix, Squarespace or Webflow instead of hiring a developer?
If you need a simple one-page site, you're happy maintaining it yourself and budget is the main constraint, a builder is a sensible choice — we'll tell you that honestly. Hire a developer when speed matters for Google ranking, when you need features a builder can't produce (custom CRMs, integrations, user accounts), when you want to own the code rather than rent a platform, or when you'd simply rather someone else handled it.
How is this different from an AI website builder?
AI builders generate a template from a prompt in minutes, which is genuinely useful for a first draft. The output is generic, hard to extend, and often slow because the generated markup isn't optimised. We write custom code around your actual business, keep it fast, and build things a generator can't — custom CRMs, integrations and app features. You also own what we build outright.
Do you build custom CRMs, web apps and internal tools?
Yes. Alongside websites and online stores we build custom CRMs, dashboards, client portals, booking systems and internal tools — with user accounts, databases and integrations to the software you already use. This is on the Scale plan, or as a one-off 'Build only' project.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients in other countries?
We work remotely with clients across Europe, the UK, North America and beyond. It's one kickoff call, then updates by email or Slack — no office visits needed. Prices show in euros by default, pounds in the UK, and dollars elsewhere.
Can I just hire you to build it, without a subscription?
Yes. Pick 'Build only' and we'll quote the project, build it and hand everything over — code, accounts, the lot. No monthly fee. If you'd rather we kept it running afterwards, you can move onto a plan at any point.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The design, the content and your domain name belong to you. If you ever leave, we hand it all over and help you move. You are never locked in.
Why a subscription instead of paying once?
A website is never really finished. Paying monthly means no huge bill upfront, and design, hosting, changes and security all stay in one predictable price instead of surprise invoices.
What is the setup fee for?
It covers the original design and build — planning, designing, structuring your content and getting you live. You pay it once, then just the monthly price.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month after the first three months. Cancel whenever and we'll transfer everything to you.
What counts as a content edit?
Wording, photos, prices, a new page, a new section. On Growth and Scale there is no limit. Bigger custom features are quoted separately, or covered by the dev time in Scale.
How fast can we launch?
Usually 14 days after our first call, as long as we have your text and photos. Scale takes about 21 days because there is more custom work.
What if I already have a website?
We will rebuild it or take it over. Moving everything across is included in the setup fee, and we make sure you keep your Google rankings.
